With less than 20 girls in a class of 50 students at my law school, I have often found myself inwardly questioning the reasons for this gender gap. I saw that the divide only becomes more pronounced as we go up the hierarchy — undermining women’s representation in the Indian judiciary.

Applied Global Leadership allowed me to approach the complex issue of gender disparity both systematically and creatively; For that, I am extremely thankful to Dr Barney Walsh and Dr Michael Flavin.
